01 · Operational Axis
Established an operational Board of Directors secretariat: scheduled regular meetings, issued notices, drafted minutes, and tracked decisions — laying the groundwork for professional governance amidst rapid growth across 4 simultaneous markets (Switzerland, Brazil, USA, Spain).
Financial oversight of a family-owned industrial group undergoing restructuring: merged two operational entities, relocated two production sites, implemented a document management system, and managed the budget for a 12,000 sqm industrial construction.
Immediate takeover of the export department following the sudden departure of a key executive, maintaining relationships with 40 distributors across 5 continents, and successfully integrating the purchasing department — ensuring operational continuity and business sustainability.

Established the Board of Directors secretariat (6 members), facilitated monthly meetings, drafted minutes, and tracked decisions for a listed group operating from Switzerland with subsidiaries in India, the UK, and the Czech Republic.
Structured governance and developed a long-term strategic plan outlining resource requirements and identifying commercial alternatives — as a prerequisite to a spin-out project ahead of a Nasdaq IPO.
Standardised accounting plans across all subsidiaries, repatriated consolidation from external auditors, implemented a new ERP, and secured syndicated bank financing from a pool of Italian banks led by an investment bank.

03 · Specific Projects Axis
Decided on and coordinated the implementation of a new ERP within a multi-entity watchmaking group, standardised subsidiary accounting plans, and significantly reduced inventory discrepancies — from CHF 1.7M to CHF 0.3M in a single financial year.
Structured investor dossiers, coordinated due diligence, and closed four successive campaigns — including a first round finalised after a 16-month process — raising over CHF 17M in total.
Set up the entire financial system as shared services, integrated over 15 subsidiaries via a holding company, adopted IFRS at group level, and handled due diligence during a squeeze-out on the Prague Stock Exchange with the support of Nomura International.
Founded a new legal entity, negotiated tax agreements, secured Swissmedic registration, and structured a trading business unit with the US — including implementing a cross-border transfer pricing policy and supervising the construction of GMP laboratories.
